The great outdoors is definitely something you need to think about, because how neglected is it, really! We have all of this open space around us, yet we still chose to pay for a gym membership that we really should be using more. So, try going for a run in the morning or the evening, and see if it helps to put you in the right frame of mind for the day. You could even take dumbells and a mat to your nearest field to do a mini workout. There’s just something so refreshing about being able to do it outdoors.
